They ground agents can instantly access passenger details—including Frequent Flyer status—to ensure the right level of service is provided. With guided inputs, they quickly capture bag and damage information, upload photos to validate the severity, and select the appropriate action or outcome with confidence. Found Property
Ground agents can easily record items left behind on the aircraft, capturing detailed descriptions and photos for accurate identification. They can update the status of each item—whether delivered to CBT, returned to the passenger, or disposed—and quickly filter, sort, or search through all logged items. The system automatically retrieves items and images from the Cabin App and maintains a complete action history, ensuring full traceability and a seamless Lost & Found workflow.
A dedicated self-service minisite allows passengers to search for their missing baggage using their unique reference number, accessing real-time information from avibright’s Baggage Repository.
The system seamlessly updates the airline’s CRM and automatically creates a support ticket, ensuring smooth communication and faster baggage recovery.
