The CLS Crew Portal boosts airline efficiency through three powerful back-office modules.

Operational Reporting Management

The module enables the automatic extraction, classification, and distribution of data from crew reports to the relevant departments, supporting faster issue identification, root cause analysis, and continuous operational improvement through advanced analytics and alerting.

The system analyzes all event descriptors (report categories) within a defined time frame—year, month, week, or day—while considering all possible combinations of variables, including Route, Registration, Airport, and others.

Based on this analysis, dynamic 3D graphs are generated across three key dimensions: Absolute Value, Relative Value, and Accumulated Risk Points. These visual tools support the early identification of systematic issues and enable timely alerting of reporting officers.

The system provides embedded tools that support comprehensive management of reports and identified issues, including:
